I've played there. I played really well the round I played there. They have one funky hole. It is a 200 something yard par 3 that is all uphill. I hit driver and didn't reach it. 

I also think that it was hard to see into SF. The view of Oakland was pretty good but SF was much further away and hard to see.

I couldn't think of any Oakland songs.

Tower of Power songs would be appropriate.  I really enjoyed the two rounds I've played there.
