Proud to say we didn't do anything for Valentine's Day, no cards no flowers, no dinner. To my wife and I it just feels fake. Also my wife's birthday is in late November, our anniversary is Dec 23rd so by the time Valentine's rolls around we don't feel the need to do any "big" dinners.

My wife went even further: I ignored Valentine's Day, She ignored it as well and now has been ignoring me too

My gal will make it known what she wants, and even to the point of showing me exactly where it is to be found. As a reciprocal action, I am lucky to get a card, which I always make it a point to show my appreciation of her thoughtfulness.

    • Day 6 - 2024-10-06 Made some swings in the mirror today. I want the backswing to be good before I worry about the downswing.
    • Day 157 (06 Oct 24) -  Spent a few minutes after getting home from church on the DnR (dink and run) with the 8i.  Goal - keep the ball low and running.  Worked from about 20yds total distance (this simulates a typical green side bump and run scenario).

    • I know the camera angle is terrible but I wasn't to be bothered by anything. This a straight up caveman hit. No structural or dynamic positional thoughts. Wanted to clean up my palate of too many competing thoughts. Still committed to getting my pelvis and trail elbow moving correctly but I'm just fighting myself a bit too much at the moment.
