I am having trouble hitting the sweet spot on my driver.  I have three or four different ones.  I am 70 years old in fairly good shape.  Have no idea what my swing speed is.  I don't think I try and swing too hard.  I feel like my set up is fairly good.  I am just all over the face of the driver.  Not consistent .   Not way off but not in the center. Most of my hit are from center to high and far as the center of the club.  I can tee a ball up and make a little swing and I get that nice  ping sound so I feel like I am in the center but the more I try and pick it us the less consistent it get.  Anybody got any ideas or maybe some type drill to do.

I have three different drivers I use.    Callaway x2 hot with a senior shaft 43 1/2" shaft.  A Wilson D200 with a regular shaft 45 " and a Taylor Made R5 with a regular shaft 45".  As far as the sweet  spot goes I am about the same on all of them.  It's just me,  I dont' think it the clubs.  Any help would be appreciated.

Depends on what your ball flight looks like. If it ain't broke, why fix it?.   IMO, today's drivers have the sweet spot anywhere on the face with mishits not having all that much of divergence. Personal preference and confidence are largest contributors.

Your catching it high on the face, @ThumbtackR9? Try experimenting with setting up on different parts of the face. Sometimes what happens is you set-up in the middle and you hit it all over face. I set-up toward the heel, but I may move it toward the toe, because I hit this ugly heel slice at times, other times I hit this low hook that doesn't signal left before it hooks.

I may try to address it in a different location.  I probably hit it high on the face more than low.  Thanks for the suggestions.
