Day 173: did a stack session. Worked on downswing feels during breaks.

Day 2. - chipping and pitching, Release 1 & 2, using the Dan Grieve method. Indoor putting practice early this morning.

Day 3 - slow takeaways with 9i with focus on clubhead going back & up (something I had gotten away from lately and accuracy had been suffering)

Day 20 (29 Dec 23) - worked with 7i doing chip and runs in the backyard.  Focused on keeping hands quiet.

Got ten minutes in after a series of lessons, including a really solid GEARS session with @CodyStinson.

Day 35- Did some backswing and downswing drills with short practice club.

Day 21 (30 Dec 23) - 1/2 to 3/4 swings with 7i, hitting a few hard foam balls in the process.  Key focus was on preshot routine and staying consistent.

Long day. Did some wedge chipping/distance wedge work with a student.

Day 3- indoor putting practice tonight through gates. I only use the smallest gates now and putted well.

Day 174: did mirror work today. Worked on downswing feels.

Day 4- Stack training for Full speed spectrum. A little slower than last session, but still did pretty well.All the swings leading up to the 195 gram measurement went well, and thought I might surpass last session’s high speed.

Day 5 - putting for bead while concentrating on smooth rhythm x 5 mins. Also slower takeaways going back & up x 10mins while hitting balls into net with 9i

Long couple of days, so I did six or seven minutes and went home. Backswing still good, not as exaggerated. Downswing and transition is going to have to feel VERY extreme for a few months now.

Day 175: putted on my mat for a while. Worked on set up and stroke.

Day 22 (31 Dec 23) - mirror work, rehearsing takeaway.

Day 6 (Jan 1, 2024) - 10 minutes of putting working on speed with a steady rhythm. 20 minutes on shipping around the greens in 42° temps 🥶 with focus on varying my back swing with distances from Green.
