Day 625, July 20, 2024

Had a lesson no show today (was "working on his car and lost track of time"), and another was re-scheduled because of the CrowdStrike thing, so… got some work in downtown.

I'm going to get some work in tomorrow with the new HackMotion, too, and will report a bit on that here.

Day 18, 

Woke up and the wrist had like zero pain to it. Like, WTF is going on, lol 🤣

Anyways, kept it easy. Practiced some short game in the yard.

Day 210: 7/20/24

Practiced prior to round today.

Day 79 (20 Jul 24) -  Easy putting work today, focused on starting line points - first rolls at about 12” out, then out to about 30”.  Allows focus on getting a consistent rolls off the face.

Day 97:

Light full swing practice with driver (almost golf balls) and 7-iron. A bit of short game work focused on good contact. Finally some putting bead practice.

Day 38:  Practiced chipping at the park.  I’d rather chunk their grass than mine.

Day 3: light day - just some slow rehearsal swings working on getting my hands down faster.

Day 39:  Had an hour lesson on my pitching wedge, thank goodness because I was doing it all wrong!

Day 98:

Played 18, really solid round (76) highlighted with a birdie on the long par-3 11th, and chip in birdie on the 18th.

Played three holes. Then… there were two groups near the tee on four, so we drove in.

Day 211: 7/21/24

Putting through 50 mm gates and dry swings with a box to battle the s****s I had yesterday.

Day 80 (21 Jul 24)  - short session with 8i, hard foam balls and Divot Board.  Worked on making contact with the ball first and DB after the ball.  Also used the DB to work on alignment….interesting how perspective changes from the back vs the side.

Day 4: did a stack session.

Day 194 - Played Caledonia this morning, a really nice course. I played well, although putting cost me a handful of strokes.

Day 212: 7/22/24

Stack training full speed spectrum training session after two return to form sessions. Tennis elbow remains an issue and speed was slow tonight.

Played 18 this morning with @DrizZzY. Hit a few better shots, a few weird ones. It's coming along. I'm going to spend some time with the HackMotion tomorrow.

Day 81 (22 Jul 24) - Worked with the 54wedge today and the mat in the backyard.   Worked on distance control - varying shots from high floaters to lower bump and runs.
