Day 99:

Hit 15 balls with 5-iron before driving off to vacation

Day 5: mirror work. Worked on getting my hands down faster. Also checked that the club is going up in the backswing more.

Day 195 - Putting practice today.

Day 40:  Practiced different clubs with very slow movements just trying to get the motions right and then slowly picked up the pace while trying to keep the perfect positions.

Day 628, July 23, 2024

Worked for 90 minutes downtown with the HackMotion, and then used it on a student later in the day. Full trust in it.

Was flushing it in the end. Really need the right wrist to be in a good spot at the top.

Day 82 (23 Jul 24) - played in the monthly church men’s 9hole superball this evening.  Good mix of skill sets, allowed for playing from not the usual approach shot lengths.  Love mixing it up.

Day 213: 7/23/24

Putting through 50 mm gates. Rough session. While recuperating from tennis elbow I have been putting with a prayer grip. Instantly reverted to claw when I played on Saturday (gaining 3.25 strokes putting vs. my handicap) but a little off in indoor practice.

Day 100:

Full swing rehearsals and some short game practice.

Day 196 - Final round in Myrtle at Arrowhead. Another nice course, another day struggling on the greens. Get me home and away from this Bermuda.

Day 20, driving range session. Went back to basics a bit with my priority piece.

Played 18 in the morning. No birdies to add to the tally, though.

Day 214: 7/24/24

Putting through 50 mm gates and slow motion swings with a sand wedge.

Day 83 (24 Jul 24) - an easy session with the 58.  Focused on the short pitches and not trying to “help” the ball in the air, i.e. trying to scoop it up.  Kept the max shot length to about 30yds.

Day 7: range night. Just working on a feel to get the ball starting and moving the way I want it. Feeling pretty good with it.

Day 197 - Long travel day thanks to delayed/missed flights, but made sure to get some mirror swings in to work on my priority piece. More specifically, working on the angle of my trail shin in the backswing.

Day 8: did a stack session.

Day 21, worked on short game and putting. Trying to make the shortest backswing possible with pitching. Less wrist hinge.

Day 84 (25 Jul 24) - backyard work with 7i and hard foam balls - focused on reading target line to target point (about 70 yds out - the neighbor’s yard).  Was bit of a push the ball day, but a very consistent swing as all the shots finished within a 10yd radius.
