Day 20: 2026.01.22

Hit about twenty balls at the range. Quietly pleased with how the changes are bedding in, surprsingly consistent ball flight. Hoping to film over the weekend to capture new movement.

Day 22, 1/22.  I'm going to be going out tonight, so I got home earlier than usual and spent 15 minutes hitting balls in the golf room, usual focus and all.

Day 4. (22 Jan 26) - Met up with one of my playing partners at a sister course. With temps in the 60’s, was a great day to play.  A good day of applying the principles I’ve been working on - from setup thru shot completion.

Day 33 - 2026-01-22

Solid 1 hour at the range, focused on slow-specific work from coach feedback. Did some filming - need to get better at self-review. Will do that later tonight or tomorrow (on top of what I looked at on the range).

Day 58: mirror work today. Worked on backswing primarily, and I’m pretty happy with how it looks.

Day 21: 2026.01.23

Just some drill work indoors at home. May not manage to get to range/course this weekend so just trying to keep the feel.

Day 5 (23 Jan 26) - Led off with some lead arm only chips about 10-15 yds.  Better face control today as the balls flew right on target.  Shifted to both hands on the club with a loose grip on the right hand.  Made for an interesting feel of sensing the club more in the lead arm.  Liking the more consistent contact I’m getting in this drill process.

Day 34 - 2026-01-23

Reviewed film this morning - not happy with grip, despite that being one of the three focus areas yesterday. Reviewed some material, returned to range for another hour session. I think it is looking better - will review more film tomorrow.
