Day 564 - 2026-04-18

Got some work done after moving two big mirrors down to Golf Evolution.

Day 41 (18 Apr 26) - late afternoon short session focused on getting max rotation on hips and shoulders (routinely do these rotations during the day while standing in line for something or when the moment strikes) with club in hand.  Would do a full as stretchable backswing (in slo mo) and then complete the swing to a full as possible forward turn - then hit a hard foam ball.  Replay in my mind, then repeat the process - not a lot of balls hit - 16 total….but a solid work out.

Day 241 4-18

Wrist arch work and not hinging so early in backswing.

Day 21: another busy day, so just a small bit of mirror work late. Continuing with the twist and roll feels.

Day 22: played 18. Shot okay - 80 - but long game was bad. Saved by some good putting and short game.

Day 565 - 2026-04-19

Wanted to get home to do some spring cleaning type stuff, so I practiced for about seven or eight minutes and got my butt home. Just backswing stuff, mostly, with freezers and a little downswing feel. Liking the new big mirror I have.

Day 42 (19 Apr 26) - Spent a bit of time working on maxing torso rotation…hit a few pitches to help reinforce.

Day 242 4-19

correct hip/chest movement in backswing. Less hip turn more chest turn. Did a bit of wrist arch stuff as well.

Day 11, April 19.  Played my first tournament in years today;  I shot an 85 despite putting my second shot on #18 under the boundary fence when I went for it in two.
