Day 68: Quick work with some foam balls. Trying to combine not making my right leg into a pole with slightly earlier weight forward.

flow drill getting chest through, arms in front. Arms get a little pinned to the side, not as much in front as I want them when I add speed.

Day 3 (3 Jun 26) - More work on keeping arms connected today - hard foam balls with 7i and 5w…..

Got some work in between lessons today. Rare late day, teaching until 7:30pm.

Played… 15 holes today. Skipped 10-12 again as there was a group or two. Frustrated. But clear-minded.

Day 4 (4 Jun 26) - Casual round with grandson - worked with him on setup and visualizing the shot he wanted to accomplish….great session on staying solid thru the round.

Day 31, June 4.  This evening, after work, I spent half an hour in my golf room;  I am now at the point where the spot where it feels natural to stop my backswing on a 6-iron (I did try a few at full speed) appears to be where it should be.  I'll work on confirming that in the coming days.

Day 69: nice bit of mirror work. Playing around with some feels for new priorities, and showing myself and my body it will work.

Day 5 (5 Jun 26) - Played in the Friday men’s shootout, solid day for me with an 80 (39 / 41)….recent work on keeping connected with the arms tightened up the shot dispersion both front to back and left to right.

Day 276 6-5

went back through skillest lessons and figured out what I was doing wrong with wrist arch. Focused on wrist arch through downswing and it was looking much better today

Day 612 - 2026-06-05

Stayed after lessons today to get some work in. Not quite the length of my playlist.

Day 32, June 5.  After work, I spent 10 minutes (indoors, off a mat, real balls) hitting quarter and eighth shots, primarily with my 58 and UW (two of my three primary chipping clubs), but a few with a 9-iron and 6-iron too.

Day 70: about an hour long range session. Working on twist and roll, plus opening chest and hips more. Filmed basically the whole session. Honestly, wasn’t good. Oh well. We’ll try again tomorrow, going even slower.

Day 6 (6 Jun 26) - Spent time w/7i, hard foam balls and Divot Board….hit around 20 balls - focusing on impact zone and face position at impact based on club impact track.  Used the drill to control tempo as well.

Day 277 6-6

worked on wrist arch and getting arm in front. Recorded and foam balls. Then hit some full speed shots just to see where I was, hit pretty much behind the ball eveytime which is frustrating.

Whew. Looooooong day. Got five minutes in this morning as I got downtown way earlier than I needed to.
