Day 28: just a bit of mirror work today. Worked on a bit of weight forward earlier and roll and twist in the downswing. -
Day 47 (25 Apr 26) - did some work with the mid-irons and hard foam balls - working on shot windows (as much as the wind would allow). Also worked in a few swings where the shot was below or above stance - working on a deliberate fade or draw back into the target zone. -

Day 247 4-25 Back to working on more seperation between hips and chest in backswing and arching wrist on downswing. Important to be slightly cupped at top. Still speeding up swing. Hit foam balls. -
Day 571 - 2026-04-25 Threw the back of the club at the ground for about 25 minutes.
