Played three holes (with a few balls). It was 60°!

Got downtown at 8:30, left at about 1:15. I didn't practice the whole time, but I did for most of it. Mostly full swing, and then recorded a few chipping things.

Day 17 (26 Dec 23) - Rolled some putts after working on golf ball display case for grandson.  Setup gate drill to get ball rolling on start line.

Day 33- Slow backswing drills with short practice club. Have some sort of muscle strain on the right side of my upper torso so I'm trying not to exacerbate anything.

Day 171: did mirror work today. Worked on my downswing feels. Like how it’s coming.

Day 18 (27 Dec 23) - late posting….solid 2” rain today so no outside stuff.   Worked on putting at set distances with indoor mat focused on smooth roll up the ramp and into the cup.  Worked from 3’ - 5’ - 7’ and 9’, kept track of % made.

Day 2 - played 9 holes. Meh.  41 (diff 5.6). One birdie (opening hole) with a double.

Day 19 (28 Dec 23) - Last full round of the year.  Course was super soft (2” rain day before) - good time to focus on clubbing up due to lack of roll out on fairways as well as greens.

Day 1: I practice putting every day, but have not had results transfer to the course where I always revert to the claw grip. Given that, I have been only using the claw in practice. Tried to do a Stack putting session, but the app kept telling me I missed the first putt. Gave up on the 10th hole. That said, I was performing at a lower level than other practice sessions.

Also had a Stack speed session earlier in the day. Finished at 113 on a max swing, which is this training segment’s high speed.

      Day 457 - 2025-12-31 Stayed after some GEARS Hybrid stuff with my senior girls and got some work in. Also, kicked Tegan's butt at a chipping contest with a wedge that has a lousy toe profile.

      Day 141 12-31 Reconnecting arm and club face work. Making sure left wrist is arched only on the downswing. Not doing full swings, im pausing at the top and will do a few rehearsals.  Hit a few real balls  after, and had some curve way left.

      That was a good watch. When I started working on pelvis in the backswing. I thought, this sounds contradictory to those leg straightening threads on the site. Erik has already done a correction. Then the last lesson we went more down the route of feeling the right knee gains flex. It doesn’t, but the feeling keeps my knee position in a good range. Also, I just realized how much extra work my right hip needed to do to stabilize the body with the proper weight shift. Those glute and hip stabilizers got worked. 🤣 I wish this evolution in the golf instruction happened 20 years ago! 😭

      I've been Playing Golf for: 40 yrs My current handicap index or average score is: 4.0 factor My typical ball flight is: Straight however sometimes slight draw. The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: squirt to the right due to to much arm not enough turn.
