Day 12: 5/18/2025

All I had time to do today was literally 5 minutes of mirror work.

I'm going to do a couple of putting drills before bed on the indoor mat, but that will have to do for today.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 303: range session. Primarily worked on alignment and contact. Did film a bit to see how things look and it’s decent with some improvements needed. Then had a very quick putting session where I worked on short putts.

Day 19 (19 May 25) - An easy session after taking care of the yard and some other chores.  Hit some easy wedges staying in the trail palm drill - focusing a little more on the takeaway portion.

Day 13: 5/9/2025

Did a bit more slow-motion mirror work today. I'm still trying to get my swing to be less mechanical. Right now my swing is like 3 steps and it's obvious (at least to me) that it's three steps. It has no flow and certainly no rhythm. So, that's one of the things I'm working on.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 48 - Driver was off yesterday, so mostly worked on better contact. Not much luck, swing just doesn’t feel right.

Day 14: 5/20/2025

Had a nice range session today over lunch. I hit balls mostly with my 6-iron (Block Practice) working on my priority pieces.

After that I hit about a half dozen shots with the driver, just to get the feel of taking the priority pieces to the driver. Then I spent about 15 balls hitting short targets with wedges.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 232 - 2025-05-20

What's crazy is how much I have to feel like my right arm rotates outward in the transition. 😄

Day 20 (20 May 25) - Played 18 with my good friend - slight changes to the bag setup made for some interesting shot options. They presented some great course management decisions- some I chose well and others not so well ( lost ball penalty strokes suck), overall a good day to work the game when it’s not going easy.

Day 15: 5/21/2025

Well, if the weather holds out I'll get to play Wednesday Golf League tonight.

I just went out to the garage to hit some balls into the garage net. I did it to sort of warm up a bit and also to work on my priority pieces. Plus, half the time on league night I'm running right to the first tee from the car. So, I'm hoping this serves as a sort of warm up.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 21 (21 May 25) - Today was an easy session - focused on wedge distancing w/GW and LW (up to 50yds).  Was pleased at the overall distance control.  Focused on the trail hand drill and staying fluid thru the swing.

    • Day 430 - 2025-12-04 Slow motion backswings (with chippy shots) with AlmostGolf balls.
    • Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.
    • Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.
    • Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
