A combination of running, power lifting, flexibility exercises and speed exercises. I work out four times a week. The key has been giving up soda, entirely. I'm 35 and have one kidney, it was time. I've replaced it with flavored seltzer water and vitamin water. I've lost about 40 pounds two years ago and have managed to keep it off.

I had to severely cut down on soda a few years ago when I had my first bout with kidney stones. I didn't cut down enough, had a second attack 6 months later, and more or less gave up soda except as a mixer (and then only occasionally). The various flavored waters and juices are the way to go.

    • @Phillyk “When it comes to set up routine in regards to alignment, I generally prefer my students to: 1) clubface, 2) chest and 3) feet. When the foot alignment happens before chest alignment, we tend to have issues. “ Thanks for your input, I never really checked my shoulder/ chest alignment closely. I’ve tried it the last couple of rounds and it was nearly always aiming way right. Today I experimented a bit and walked into a shot, mainly checking shoulder alignment, and setting feet to match.  Felt much more comfortable & I had good results,  Still a work in  progress.

    • Day 66: Priority piece work with 7-iron, mostly half swings but a few full swings at the end. Also focused on path which was has been getting OTT wipey.
    • Day 163 - More work on impact position and footwork. A lot of partial swings, working up to some slow full swings.
