I golfed when I younger kid for a couple years and now I’m in high school and I’m trying to pick it back up, so I’ve gone to the range a couple times, (I’m left handed) and I push all of my shots to the left? What would be the reason?

First off welcome to TST! There could be a variety of technical reasons that are leading to a pushed shot, thus I recommend uploading a swing to the member swings section.

However, in short your clubface is pointing left of your target at impact for you as a lefty to be pushing the golf ball. If the ball push/slices then you most likely have an issue bringing the club down on plane or are struggling with some alignment issue.

As a righty I often am plagued with a push or push slice in my swing as well. It’s something I am working on.

TST has a wealth of instructional knowledge better than what I can give. Enjoy your time here and I hope you find the answers you seek.

It could be as simple as moving the ball a bit forward in your stance.  Worth a shot...or several.

In der bag:
Cleveland Hi-Bore driver, Maltby 5 wood, Maltby hybrid, Maltby irons and wedges (23 to 50) Vokey 59/07, Cleveland Niblick (LH-42), and a Maltby mallet putter.                                                                                                                                                 "When the going gets tough...it's tough to get going."

OK, is it a dead straight push? Be honest now. Or is it a push with a little bit of a fade to it? Again, be honest. If it's a dead straight push, this tells me that your clubhead path is a little inside to outside with the clubface squaare to the path. If you have a bit of a fade, then your swing path is not as much inside out, but your clubface is a bit open to the path. This is because the ball will start out more in the direction that the clubface is pointing rather then where the swing path is going. And, like others have said, it's a little hard to tell without something to look at.
