Shaft length

Hello was wondering how long a driver shaft should measure with adapter if I want it to be 44 "and a half using a ping g400 head I think most guys on the tour use this length most store shelf shafts are 45 "to 45 "and a half any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you subtract 3/4" I want to say... I could be wrong... The guy that would have the actual answer to this question is @1badbadger, he worked for Bridgestone for a while and he would be able to tell you better than I. I can measure my driver shaft and I'll tell you...

My EX10 shaft is 43 1/4" with adapter. I don't know how much you have to subtract for PING's adapter. But mine is 3/4" shorter than playing length.
