Pro V1 vs. Snell MTB Black

The testers over at MGS conclude that the MTB Black is about the same as the Pro V1.

For the price, there is no comparison.

I received a couple dozen Snell MTB blacks. Going to tee them up this week-end. Curious to see the difference (or feel) between the new ball and the old MTB.

You’ll find they’re almost the same. The Red is the “newer” or more different ball.

Most of the difference between balls are inside 100 yards. So the test should be focused on wedges and green side shots. Driver and 6 iron are the same for every golf ball.

That's not really true.

There are bigger differences with the shorter clubs, but they're not the same.
