Doesn't happen with the SFTEC :-)

Don't try the drill where you tie a string to a fishing hook and put it under your ball bag and attach the other end of the string to the brim of your golf hat to make sure your head stays down.

I’ve been looking, but can’t really find the information I’m looking for. The shaft that broke was the TFC 419 regular. The new one I bought is the Alta regular. From what I was told, the only difference is the Alta will give me a little more loft. He told me they’re pretty much the exact shaft and the only difference is that the TFC 419 isn’t made anymore and that it was the stock shaft for the G30, and the Alta is the stock shaft for the G. So pretty much the Alta is the new and improved TFC 419. Does that sound accurate, or are there other differences? Besides the color obviously.

They're both PING made shafts, so I think you'll be fine. You're not quite at the handicap level where little differences will matter too much.

Ok. Thank you. I knew it was a ping shaft as well, I just didn’t know if there were gonna be any noticeable differences.

    • I've been putting whilst looking at the hole and it's definitely helped my distance control
    • I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers
    • is it though?????? "Millions of fans"?????
    • Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.
    • So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
