(I should have practiced before going hiking) Day 24, 1/24. I was quite tired when I got home, but I made five or so minutes to do some home putting. Real ball, on the carpet, focusing on pendulum putting. -

Day 35 - 2026-01-24 Reviewed coach notes, worked on grip, mirror work. Back to range tomorrow. -
Day 481 - 2026-01-24 Worked on things in the back yard at the VRBO at the PGA Show, and then got some swings in a mirror today while waiting for a GEARS lesson and two kids.

Day 6 (24 Jan 26) - With weather coming in, kept session short - hitting a few balls in the backyard- alternating between lead arm only drill and short pitches. -
Day 164 1-24 Arching wrist in downswing, still focusing on slightly cupped at top. Hit foam balls. 1/2 swings again. Did plenty of pauses and rehearsals
