Today--Shot a 47(36) on the front and up until I totaled my score, I didn't know what I was shooting on the back. I hit the GIR on the 18th hole (541yd par 5) with a PW from about 120 but came up a little short and was about 40ft away for my birdie putt. And whatdya know...I sank dat b*tch! The hole: terrible tee shot that went about 200yds. chunked my next 1 wood a little and that went about 220ish. left with approx. 120 for my PW. why i love par 5's: you don't need great shots to get the GIR lol p.s - shot a 40(36) on the back for a 15-over-87

Prior to getting a driver with a Stiff shaft, I used a Regular flex.. and my slice was just as bad as it is now and what I was told was that since it was flexing so much because of my swing, my hands were getting too far in front of the clubhead causing somewhat of an open face at contact, thus exaggerating the slice. granted i have a slight out-in swing, but i haven't sliced the ball this much since the Regular flex i used.

how did it go?

a Stiff shaft is enough for a swing speed 110-115 right? just need a higher bend point?

the ball balloon's a little bit, and for some reason has been slicing all the time. when i do slow my swing down a bit, i top the ball and send it zipping like 2ft above the turf.

I'm not exactly sure if indeed I should be using a stiffer shaft. But for some reason when I swing my driver I feel like the shaft is flexing too much. I'm using a stiff flex as it is. Best thing would be to try and get on a launch monitor right? How much do they usually charge at golf shops to do this?

I tested out a couple of them at Dick's last month and they felt really nice. I was connecting solidly and they were very forgiving. I would definitely have a set if I could afford them.

Anybody here play badminton? I have a racquet that I bought a year ago and don't use anymore. It's a ProKennex Isodynamic 400 in mint condition. Just has a couple tiny paint chips on the top of the head. Bought it for $70. Offer?

if its playing 200yds i'll usually hit a 4-iron. tailwind i'll hit a 5-iron. headwind a 3-iron.

made 3 nice birdie putts today two of which were 12+ft.

60* LW... mainly because my approach shots miss the green by a little bit lol

finally got back under 90 today :) 89 on a par72. although i had 3 double bogeys, a triple bogey, and a quadruple bogey (EW!). 3 birdies to go along with it (most ever in one round).

at the course i work at we have a water station (cooler in a big stand thats locked and covered) on the sixth hole, 8th/17th tee box, 10th green, and 11th/14th tee box.

idk whats up with my game right now. my irons were going to hell and yesterday they were fine. shot a 43 back nine (par36) but couldn't putt for sh*t. driver seems to be going to hell right now as well. idk

Anybody know where I would be able to get one?
