  1. Personally I think these are all a gimick which puts ideas in your mind and then you think it's gone when you where the product. However, I have never worn anything like that but I have also never had any reason to wear them. I really don't want to think about it that much because then I'll probably feel some sort of weird "ache" somewhere. In my opinion, if you want to where them and they seem to help you, what's the difference? If you find some that are cheapish then just get them and try them out. BTW the pros probably get paid to wear them.
  2. Try the Pinnacle Exception balls. They are 24 balls/24 bucks. (USD) And they have a soft feel to them but are very responsive.
  3. So your saying it's never sounded like that before? Well you can always blame it on the dew point.
  4. I would recommend getting some lessons to help iron out any kinks in anything; and also practice, practice, practice!!
  5. YES!!! The Redskins made the playoffs!!!!! Anything is possible now!!!!
  6. I finished lousy. I started off second in my division then lost like 4 in a row. I think I went 7-6 and missed the playoffs by 1 game. Tragic. But I'm killin in fantasy basketball.
  7. Well, according to your useful stats on the prices, it appears they are steadily dropping. I was thinking this anyway but I couldn't come up with past figures off the top of my head. Seems pretty logical though.
  8. My favorite breed is the Beagle. We used to have one. They are a handful but I love them.
  9. Yes there are numerous videos and articles online. A good sight for videos is GolfLink.com which is free for a year then you must pay. Then move on to Youtube. There are many instructional videos that pros post there for free. Good luck.
  10. Congratulations man! Huge confidence booster isn't it?
  11. My local range is stalled w/ overhead heaters. Although I occasionally just go to the one near me that is completely outdoors just because I like the crisp winter air. I hate using glove though. It messes up my swing. As for the indoor net, we used to have one in the garage but now a car sits there so we sold it. I never used it that much anyway.
  12. Also the Grom has gripped strips where the irons lay which helps to limit the club movement.
  13. I would recommend the Ogio Grom as I have been researching new stand bags as well and I went to take a look at it in the store and fell in love with it. Heres a review of it on Sand Trap: http://thesandtrap.com/accessories/o...and_bag_review
  14. Sounds like you could probably get away with it.
  15. In my opinion, picking out a putter just requires some time to try out different ones. Everything comes into play. Looks, weight, feel, height, grip, etc, etc. Just try some out and see what happens and pick what feels right to you.
  16. Whoa, whoa all I was trying to do was get the point across that "for me, I need a driver as much as I need a putter.", without literally saying that. I guess I did a lousy job. lol.
  17. And the same to you guys. Happy Holidays everyone.
  18. Just like saying. . . Putter: Could I play without one? answer-no.
  19. Thats what I was thinking. I've never seen anything like that before.
  20. lol I clicked on it and I got frustrated for a moment.
  21. I was looking into getting a new bag and the Hoofer was an option. How do you like it?
  22. Less offset would give you a better chance of slicing however this is more common in woods . I guess it may take some getting used to again. What kind of direction trouble are you having?
  23. I would agree that the hybrid is definitely more versatile.
  24. I have tried neither but I have read good reviews of the TM SuperQuad.
  25. I use a wilson as well, or else I probably wouldn't have put it as a choice because I don't know anyone else that uses one (but now I do!) Mine's really cheap though, but I have had it a long time and like it. The only problem is that it doesn't have full-length section dividers, they are just at the top so my clubs always get tangled and don't fit right.
