I live at the costa del SOL. No need to play when its raining, I don’t even have the clothes for it.

Yes, Anne the Dutch longhitster. Funny to see her at te Rosendaelsche and the International. Played both courses. 🏌️♀️ But I don’t know if she’s eligible. 2019 will be her first year on the LPGA.

Not 4 in a row so no slam what so ever

Its a slam, the Koepka slam. Never done before. In ranking its below the grand slam (1st) and the Tiger slam (2nd). But before the career grand slam (4th).

Last year I bought my seventh set in 10 years of golf. Always looking for something extra. Played blades with steelfiber shafts a couple of years ago. Now I play the Callaway rogue with graphite. Like them a lot, but I said that of all my clubs. There is no need at all to change that often, but when you got the itch.. I hope to play at least 5 years with this set, the itch is too costly and it brings not enough.

Putting Yips, Great Tip to Conquer

Nah, think it has more to do with the shoes you wear. -
You are the owner of this site and you made the rules for this thread. The topic I made was within your rules. But ok, you got yourself a new one. 🤷♂️

Did You Have a Eureka Moment?
MacDutch replied to GlasgowsGreen's topic in Instruction and Playing Tips
You realize the TS asked the question 6 years ago? Lots of eureka’s here. All of them within days taken from me by the golf gods. -
Played a fair share of my rounds with +/scratch/low single digit golfers that hit it 280y and longer. Also played with a couple scratch and low single digit ladies. So too bad for you. Yesterday during a tournament I was lucky to hit the path on the longest drive hole. Longest drive ever on that hole for me and on the fairway. But then there was Adam (he is one of those long hitters), he was 45y longer without hitting the path. 😂

Why do you take your hat off when they play the national anthem? What does the saying ‘hats off’ mean? I don’t know the origin, but it is easy to understand why it is done.

If you see single hot young women at the golf course you are very, very lucky. If you think they are paying attention to you, you are delusional.

Played all over Europe, allmost everyone takes their hats of and shake hands after the round.

Maybe allready addressed: So I am allowed to use an other ball when taking relief (free or with penalty). Do I need to use the same kind of ball? Is the replacing also allowed when playing winter rules (lift, clean and place within 15 cm)?

I still find it difficult to choose. I had a period this year where I got frustrated because of my scores. It took me 9 months to play my new course with low scores (like high 70’s and low 80’s). The high scores made me allmost stop playing the course as a member to go to an other course and play there as a member. So I need low scores to have fun.
-
Shooting lower scores. The fun is there allmost allways, its allmost a certainty. The low scores are the driving factor for me. But I would stop playing golf if there was no fun in it anymore. So maybe my answer to the poll was incorrect.

Huh? Call a rule official. You cant start a new one, while reacting to the current one. Needs to be 12 hours in between.

Underrated and overrated Generally speaken is a bit difficult. Its overrated for the top pro’s. They are allways under pressure, they learned to cope. Its also overrated for average players who play 3 times a week in their little social members competition. They just play their cozy matches with gimmies and all. Little pressure, mental game not an issue. But the guy that needs a bogey on the last hole to brake 90/80 for the first time in his life? The 10 handicapper that needs to make par from 110 yards in to an island green to halve the hole in a tight match? The guy that plays in a real strokeplay event for the first time in his life? For them the mental game is underrated.

Tiger has been sick after the match with Phil. He did not play well but nothing to worry about.
