If Tiger's workout program were public, you'd know it. And I would too

It involves lots of reps and a good diet. There was a very Tiger-esque article about his workouts in Men's Health Aug07. Didn't tell us anything, but spent 5 pages not doing so.

I think it involves a super high protien diet and a ton of weights and millitary training techniques.

Pretty sure it doesn't include a hot dog at the turn. Whatever he's doing it works - he looks like he could take on any sport he wanted to.

I read somewhere that he lifts up to 6 days a week (even during tournaments sometimes). He alternates between upper and lower extremity workouts. I believe he also does a lot of flexibility exercises, plyometric/medicine ball workouts, and cardio.

There is a brief over view of it at tigerwoods.com in the fitness section. There are a couple of good online videos on Camillo Villegas workouts. Most likely pretty similar. Just google it.

I have seen the section on tigerwoods.com but I am looking for specifics.

No way he does much cardio as he says and has with the size that he has.

Why not? Just b/c you do a lot of cardio does not mean you look like a marathon runner. His build seems comparable to many NHL players - they do quite a bit of cardio. Look at michael phelps in the olympics - dude did mega cardio. if it is offset by significant high calorie, healthy diet, you will not see weight loss per se.

Why would he lie about it?

It's not like he's ONLY doing cardio. And a lot of people bulk up without doing anything from age 18 to age 24 or whatever.

Having worked with a trainer myself I'd have to imagine our routines are similar in the fact that there is no "routine" to it. I've been working with my girl for eight months now and its extremely rare that I'll do the same exersize twice. I haven't seen JeepThrills around this place lately, but he is a trainer, I'm sure he'd agree that one has to keep changing to develop. I have to assume that Tiger's trainer adapts his sessions to fit Tiger's needs. Always growing, always changing.
