You sooort of have to understand where Adel is and what kind of place it is. It's very rural, Bible belt-ish, and while this guy isn't the average, he's certainly not alone. There are a few guys from Valdosta (just south of Adel) who know what I'm talking about.

Incidentally, what was the guy's justification for the $3000 Buy it now price?

i didnt even notice that. its funny too, because my first semester of college (Mercer Univ) i was supposed to have a roommate and all i knew about him was that he was from Adel, GA. but he never showed up so i had a room all to myself that year (maybe it was him!!! lol)

I emailed him and asked him if the $2900 was a typo and his reponse was: "If you dont like it, dont bid and stop looking at my auctions" strange indeed
