you'ld probably tear ligament in your wrist if you tried to achieve that lag.

I already have one of those-I think my wrist might actually fly off. The still photos of Sergio before impact make me want to give up...

I'd start by being 5'7", skinny, and limber as a tabby cat. Since I'm only one for three, I wouldn't even try.
