Yes, but not lately. At my home course, there is a small holding pond that the course workers fish and they claim they've hooked into some large mouth bass.

That's pretty cool. I was made aware of this before I got into golf. Not sure if the courses with "lakes/ponds" allow it around here, but I heard a few do hold LMB. I would be tempted to take one of those mini telescoping light tackle setups if there was a place around here.

theres a course here called Trophy Lake Casting and Golf Club. You can pay to fly fish some of the lakes on the course for stocked trout.

Back in OR, there was a small course near my home with a pond/lake thing that held some pretty nice LMB and various panfish like crappie and bluegill.

Two guys in our thursday league carry ice fishing rigs and cast into the ponds with soft lures without hooks and catch fish while waiting for the tee to open.
