Hi Folks

I'm new to the club and look forward to discussing golf.  I own a golf apparel line and would be interested to learn your position on today's golf apparel.  Whats lacking what you like and what you would like to see.

Happy Golfin!

It would be one that makes me hit long high drives, stick aproaches, and makes putts from anywhere.  If a shirt could do that, I wouldn't care what it was made of or what color it was.

The most difficult distance in golf is the six inches between your ears.

FWIW, and maybe I'm just saying this to the air, but we have a very low tolerance for spam of any kind here at TST.

My ideal shirt would be made of a hi tech fabric like that of foot joy. It would be habe to be a little longer in the body to enable it to be tucked in and STAY tucked in. I dont like fitted shirts so it would be loose fit and come in a range of colours

I like one colour, classic colours, a smidgen of lycra to allow a free swing, a collar that looks okay with a blazer or cardigan, shortish sleeves that hug my girlish biceps. Basically I like something that looks old school, but not 1990 old school. More fabric is not a good value. I'm also not a fitness nut and don't like looking like I was headed to the gym but decided to play golf instead.

Good shirts (imho) - one for each gender:

Poorly cut or fitting shirts (imho - AC - jury still out on DJ):

Ain't that the truth.  I'd wear a periwinkle, sequined half tank top if it would make me a scratch golfer.
