What do you think that communication went like?  Here is my take (more of a conversation back and forth)

Phil: Tim u gotta do something about these cell phones

Tim: who is this

Phil: Its Phil dug

Phil: duh*

Tim: Mickelson?

Phil: Yeah remember u gave me ur number?  anyway you gotta do something about this.

Tim: Aren't you playing in the memorial right now

Phil: yeah man that's what im saying!

Tim: where are you?

Phil: 6th fairway dude what about these cell phones?!?

Tim: shouldn't you b concerned with pace of play and not cell phones?

Phil: what do you think this is the LPGA? LMFAO

Tim: Lol true I'll see what I can do.  How was your vacation?

Phil: pretty good but I'm a little tired anyway I'm up gotta go

Tim: Alright, and make sure you don't use that cell as a DMD!

Whatever he said, I'm sure it was a special brand of whiny that only Phyllis Mickelfat can muster.

Actually, I want to know what the text message read from his wife.

Something like this....

Phil: Hi honey, what u doin?

Amy: Ah I'm wearing your favorite red see-through dress.

Phil: Oh ya? Wow, I gotta find an excuse to get out of here.

Amy: Will a blowjob do it?

Phil: That works for me, i'll be home soon!

I picture 3rd person with lots of cussing...something like this:

P:  Tim, FIGJAM thinks you need to do something about these **** camera phones or else....

T:  You know this is illegal right....

P:  FIGJAM does not care, I'll quit right now if I have to
