Lessons for a 7 year old girl who has never golfed before on Long Island, NY

I keep seeing the commercial for get golf ready now. $99 for a few lessons and they provide the equipment. Well my soon to be step daughter seems to want to learn how to play. Whenever she sees me running out with my clubs she wants to come and play. My question as the title would suggest, where can I get her a lesson or 2 to see if she wants to play? We live close to Bethpage State Park and I would like to look into lessons in May. Any help would be apreciated. I went to the get golf ready website but nothing in the area. Thanks

My local pro is teaching the get ready golf M-Th after school and his class is full.   I'm sure it depends upon the instructor but for a beginner, I believe the lessons are well worth the cost.

Why don't you call up Bethpage or other munis?  I think the courses by me all participate in the program.

Not sure about the EC I live in CA but our city we where living at the time had beginner classes at the local course for if memory serve $45 7 classes for Jr they even gave you a cut down 7 iron to keep. It was a hour class at night or Sat mornings.  I would check your city,  park service and local courses or range most have a Jr class. 

They even had little competition the last part of the class who could get close to the flag or pitch it to the bucket would get a soda or ball to keep.
