I hit a terrible slice. I've taken lessons and have worked it out of my swing a few times but every new year it returns with a vengeance.

I've noticed when I put a stick on recorder on my driver I hit the ball perfectly straight, and far. I can really crank it and consistently hit ball long and on target. I swing without a recorder and I'm back to the terrible slice.

Can someone explain what is happening?

Thanks.

Or leave the recorder on your driver ;-)

I was gonna ask what the heck a "recorder" is, but you answered it for me. Thanks! :-)
