I decided to try my hand at torching a putter this week. Its just an old stainless steel Dynacraft so I wasnt worried about ruining it. I used a Benzomatic MPS(yellow can) gas torch and my DeWalt temp gun to do the job, it was a fairly simple and fun project and I'll definetly be doing another one soon. Heres a few pictures of my first torched Putter :) This is right after torching but before quenching it in water. This is after polish and paint fill. My next project will be a Cleveland Designed By head, similar to this one but with no sight lines on top. Thanks foe stopping in, have a great day everyone :)

That looks pretty cool!

Thank you sir, I can't wait to do another one. I want to try to get some brighter colors this time, I may try dipping it in oil after heat instead of water this time, or maybe ATF or Royal Purple oil to see if the colors will transfer :)

TYVM, I can do a tutorial video of anyone is interested in doing one themselves. Supplies are under $100 and done in under 2 hours including polish and paint :)
