Has anyone tried using this service?

Golf is hard enough-getting the best golf clubs for your game shouldn’t be!

$30/month for any drivers. they have, and you have to keep it for 3 months.

It says in the FAQ that you can change a driver once per year.

So you're spending $360/year for a new driver, but if you damage it they charge you full retail. That's like $500+ for the newest Callaway.

Wouldn't make sense for me.

I bet the same people who think leasing a BMW makes sense will find the plan attractive.  ;-)

Likely this is the most accurate statement I've heard today!

I mean...$360 for a new driver for a year is not that bad. But then you’re out the whole $360 again the next year....no trade in value for the previous one, just trade and pay the full price again! Seems silly

I cannot believe anybody would be this stupid.  I guess the club hos who need to have the latest driver as soon as it comes out are being targeted.  Even at 30 bucks a month for a full set, it is a bit of a stretch, but at least that somewhat makes sense

What's in the bag

  • Taylor Made r5 dual Draw 9.5* (stiff)
  • Cobra Baffler 4H (stiff)
  • Taylor Made RAC OS 6-9,P,S (regular)
  • Golden Bear LD5.0 60* (regular)

So I’ve looked into this site and spoken to their customer service and gotten full details. if after you’re done with the driver you wish to keep it, the money you’ve paid goes towards the retail price and you only pay the remainder. You can switch the driver after 3 months to a different driver of your choice. I’d hardly say it’s the equivalent of leasing a BMW $500 vs $50,000 just doesn’t quite compute. Plus you can set the driver up to your specifications. They say to test out the driver BEFORE you subscribe to it so you’re not getting a driver you can’t hit. Personally, I will be trying Dollar Driver Club out. I’ll repost on here to let you guys know my opinion after I’ve actually put my money and time into it. Btw the BBB has it as an A- rank. Still new, still some kinks to work out I’m sure.
