I’m not a fan of the  big box fitter which I consider CC to be... they are a chain.  I prefer the independent guys near me.  Got a guy up in New Hampshire, name escapes me right now and the guy I go to, Frank Viola at Ace of Clubs in Massachusetts.  Much better experiences.

Club Champion probably won't have older clubs for your to hit.  They will be considerably more expensive than most other places.    Is there a Golftec / Golf Galaxy near you?   They use to carry used clubs and you could hit them to compare numbers from their launch monitor.

We used to have both of those just within blocks of each other, but they closed down about a year after a PGA superstore opened up.  We also have a Dick's Sporting Goods that has golf clubs, but not sure either of them will recommend me some used ones.  The PGA superstore does have used clubs, but they mostly look pretty torn up.

Ken Collins in Manchester? I've gone to him and he is excellent. I may try Frank next time because he is much closer.

At Kustom Clubs, you can be assured of having the finest professionally fit custom clubs available.

Yes, Ken Collins at Kustom Clubs.  I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews about his work.
I met Frank years ago and I ended up sending our customers to Frank for fittings etc...  Kept our people happy!  Frank is good people, good family guy.  I’m always satisfied with his work!

Funny, I was at the PGA Superstore in Hilton Head, and the used clubs looked brand new. The guy there said he's amazed at how people will come in, drop huge $$ on new irons, play them a few times and then trade them in. Rich people have way more money to play with!
