Download Hudl Golf Lesson?

I had a golf lesson today and the instructor recorded before and after with a video summary of the changes.   He used Hudl Technique to record the video.   I can view the view just fine online but want to download it for safe keeping.    Hudl Technique no longer supports android.    I could download it if I had an Apple phone/ipad and upgrade to their elite program.

Any ideas how to download the video?  

My only options?

1. Maybe have the instructor DL the video and send a file to you?
2. Not sure if you can create a YouTube Video from the Link?
3. Safe Keeping? The site would have to close which is very unlikely.
4. Unless you intend to use the video in another software, why worry?
5. Do you know what file format Hudl uses?

Can you post a link to the video?

If you had an iPad, I’d just say to play the video on the iPad and record the screen video using the recorder built into iPadOS. Not sure if android has a similar screen recorder.

Do you have a friend with an iPad who could do that for you?

I posted the link on a tech"y" website and was able to download it.    I guess I could have had the instructor just send it to me 😏.   It is just a mp4 movie but the website didn't afford an easy dl.

And here I was looking forward to a morning of seeing if an app called VLC can do screen recordings on android or desktop.

I use VLC exclusively for all of my videos.

VLC can record videos.   I just recorded 8 seconds from the start of my lesson.
