Either my luck with tech today is god-awful, or it's a broken link. If so, they took it down real quick.

It just gives me a page not found error. Some spooky stuff is going on for me today, no doubt. 

I found the page but I did it by copying the link and pasting it into my browser (on phone). And then I got paywall blocked. It just ain't my day.

It's up for me.  Maybe you should be a little worried that someone's looking at YOU.  You know, it's not paranoia if they're really out to get you and all that. :-\

You'd think that they'd have better things to do than hide golf rules and news articles from me all day, but clearly not.

You only think that's what's on those websites.  Lots of information there waiting to be decrypted, hiding in plain sight. (Like the shortwave radio number broadcast stations.)
