I notice in the last 3 months I have some wrist pain after hitting balls on mats at the range. Is this a common problem with range mats or it is my swing? I am right handed.

It can be. Are the mats decent or hard? Sometimes I wear a brace or wrap on my left wrist as a precaution.

It could be a steep swing.  How many balls do you hit in a session?  You might want to limit that.  Though hitting the driver shouldn't be a problem.

I have left wrist pain every time I swing or play. I have been using the Bullseye Brace wrist band lately with nice results.

I hit about 100 balls each time and hit 80 balls with short irons AW to 8. Maybe I should just hit a small bucket with 50 balls and work on chipping instead. I will check out Bullseye brace.

Thanks,
