New "Bad Seed" User Group

I've created a new "Bad Seed" user group primarily to deal with dolts who shall remain nameless. These individuals don't usually do anything particularly "wrong," but they are an annoyance and they do rack up negative reputation comments.

The new "Bad Seed" user group will contain anyone who has a negative reputation.

Users in the "Bad Seed" user group are not allowed to have signatures. They can't start threads. They can't rate threads. They're limited to 5 PMs storage... and a few other things.

Their username will appear in a reddish color and "Negative Reputation" will be their un-editable user title.

I found one without even trying. Just the description of the offenders conjures up their username.

The "Ignore" feature under User CP works well for posters in question...

Yes, but ever since he left and returned (about four hours later), he's been fine. He still posts here and is doing just fine.

BTW, to the people who gave a certain someone positive reputation points just to balance out the negative rep he'd received from other members, I encourage you to stop. It's incredibly obvious and will not be tolerated, particularly when you call admins and moderators names when doing so.

Top right of a post, second from the right. The icon that looks like the oval near "Rep Power" under the avatar. Click and you can give the person who posted + or - reputation points.

It's the "Rep Power" under their avatar. I forget exactly what the number of ovals, color of ovals, and number mean, except more seems better.
