I'm not a Head Pro. I'm the administrator of the site, and "Head Pro" just my user title. Just as yours is currently "Mini-Golfer."

Just adding my two cents.
In addition to writing for the Sand Trap I also own and operate
a (soon-to-be) Getty Service Station and sell used cars.

I also operate another golf website.

To plygdgolf: I used to be Circulation Sales Director for Fairchild Publications in NY
but I didn't like to be suited up! And, that was ages ago.

Sincerely,
Stacy Solomon

Television news reporter in San Francisco.

Author of a textbook about broadcast journalism now being used in 32 universities.

Write for several golf glossies (United Inflight, Links), when I have the time.

I have my own golf page (not as elaborate as this), but the second largest (in terms of content) in Northern California. It's part of my television station website.

5.8 handicap as of 11/05, with 40 rounds for the year.

Own many golf clubs, but have mastered none of them.

Nice page, guys. Your reviews of equipment are excellent, and I agree with most of what you to say.

Like I said before I am a teacher. I got into teaching for the money of course. LOL Just kiddin' but it does leave a lot of time for golf, family, and a side job at the course.

I'm the supervisor for a custom millwork shop. We build about anything and everything out of wood.

As for the first post where it states that state farm has alot of golfers, I can vouch for that. My wife works for state farm and I play on their golf league. Pretty good group of guys.

Heh, that was mostly a joke because Cody, a staff member, writes for the site and works for State Farm.

Welcome aboard, kklick.

    • Cycling to a golf course definitely adds an adventurous twist to the game. To make it feasible, consider paring down your gear and opting for lightweight equipment. Investing in a bike rack designed for golf clubs can also help ease the transportation process. Planning your route carefully and allowing for extra time can ensure a smooth ride to the course. When it comes to protecting your bike and gear, bicycle insurance is essential. Considering the investment in both your bike and golf equipment, it's wise to have coverage for unexpected events. You can explore bicycle insurance uk to find a policy that fits your needs.
    • Are these one putt percentages? Even if those three buckets between 12 and 30 feet are all 1 for 2, that's high. 3 for 6 from 12 to 30 feet is a serious outlier. The others could be: 15/16 6/11 7/12 5/13 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/9 67 putts total, which is probably 2 rounds? My rough shot at strokes gained for that lot would be: -0.6 + -2.8 + 0.0 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.8 + 0.9 + 0.0 = -0.7 (PGA Tour baseline). Over two rounds that's pretty good and extremely good for a 15 index baseline. I'd think a 15 index would be expected to be somewhere in the -6 over two rounds. And that's with 3-6ft killing you.
