Upgrading to IPS 4.6 Shortly… and… Done!

At some point soon the site will be down (you'll see a notice) and the site will be upgraded to IPS 4.6.x.

With it comes a number of nice features.

iAwards (awards and challenge badges) may not make the cut initially. The application hasn't been updated for 4.6 compatibility yet.

Almost everything else has, and some of the things that haven't, you probably won't even notice.

There will be a few little issues here and there, but the site should be back up and working.

Reputation display is a bit wonky. The little teed up golf balls near your avatar.

I need nine (well, we currently have nine) levels of achievement. What was once a row of golf balls is now a "badge" and it made the badge by squishing the golf balls.

And at some point we can completely re-do the "achievements" and "reputation" stuff. But for now, I just want the member levels or achievement ranks to have good badges.

Does anyone have a good idea for badges here? Nine levels (sticks with a golf theme)…

Just have one and go from Driver, 5i, 6i, 7i, 8i, 9i, pw, sw, putter.

Some people like the driver most, some their putter the most.

Didn't think this warranted a new topic, so posting here.

What happened to the little yellow arrow thing that bumps the page up to the top? I see on the mobile site there is a new icon for this on the lower left corner of the screen, but I don't see anything on the non-mobile site. Maybe I am missing something obvious.

It’s not compatible with PHP 8.x.

I might investigate making the new one work on more screens.

It should work on all devices now.
