I bet Lori was the kid who cried and took her basketball home when things didn't go her way....

she sure does have a hard on for Christina that's for sure, I wonder if it's really because of Christina's comment a few weeks ago "Choke" or maybe she has a for Christina? she may be just like us, thinking she's good eye candy.....hmm

Yeah first Courtney...now Sam. Sam was kind of sneaky hot, and that accent just killed me.

There was a lot during the night that worked to Sam's disadvantage, and that I don't understand the reasoning behind. Why was Sam the first to hit her drive in the Immunity Challenge? Sam was at a huge disadvantage going first. All of the other players got to see how the wind and slope of the ground effected the tee shot, and so they had a huge advantage over her.

Likewise order of play screwed Christina on the second challenge for hitting the green. What was the rationale behind the putting order, and who putted and who didn't? That was a lengthy breaking putt, and it was going to be difficult to make for anyone. (Not surprisingly the luckiest player on the show - Susan - got lucky and made the putt). To me it wasn't right to have some of the players to have to putt while their opponents didn't have to do a thing to prove their worth in the putting challenge. I liked Sam, Christina, and Tina the most out of all the girls, so when Sam and Christina were forced into the Immunity challenge against one another I was not happy. Like a lot of viewers I'm going to miss Sam, and what I like to call her bunny bounce (where she bounces up and down before her tee shots). http://drop.io/samanthahead#
It's interesting how most of them look better in their golf attire than they do in the interviews. Christina ans Sam were way hotter on the course than they were in the "confessional."

I don't know about that I think Christian and Sam usually look pretty good in their

street attire , not to say they don't look good in their golf attire too.
I liked Sam a lot and felt she had the game to win it all. I just think she could not get passed her nerves.

I think Sam had what it takes too, but I don't think her nerves were the problem. I think she got screwed by circumstances (this week), and other players getting lucky (like the week before). I think of the players that have been elimanated Sam is the player that is most likely to continue on and make the LPGA on her own (with out the outside help of a show like Big Break).

I hope Lori slips on a Twinkie in the elimination challenge and I hope it's Christina who takes her out. Susan just gets more impressive each week. She might be there at the end.

I also hope to see Lori get taken out soon, and it would be fitting if Christina beat the #@%$ out of her.

I think Susan has advanced by luck (ex: the chip in), and I think it is unlikely (but possible ) that she will get much farther.

I cannot stand Lori, she is a first class hypocrite. She almost seems to be nice to Christina and then talks to the others behind her back. Her "stinkeye" comment was childish. She and Sophie sat in the confessional with those smug little looks on their faces. (And what's up with Sophie, I have seen smaller bags (under her eyes) at the airport) I think Kim can play but just seems to not get tough mentally at times. Susan knows no fear as they say and I love Chistina's intensity.

I am so bummed that Sam is gone now too. First Liz, then Tina, then Courtney, then Sam. I am hoping that Lori gets the big boot real fast. I don't know if it is the producers doing it or if she just makes herself unlike-able.

The order of the groups is usually determined by a draw. Sam likely went first because she had more points comming into that event than her opponent. As far as the putting, it was a cumulative score event. Several of the players had already surpassed the max their opponent could get and therefore no putting was required.

Sam admitted several times throughout multiple shows that she was very nervous and at times could not get her heart to stop racing and her hands to stop shaking. I would say it played a huge role. She would likely tell you the same thing. I do think she has a great chance to make the tour eventually. I would not discount Susan. She clearly has game and right now is playing fearless. That said, she could have been eliminated early. She is a lot like Pam, minus the flaming bitch attitude, from BB3. She is young and raw. All it takes is getting hot for a few days and she could be in the final. I don't think she will win it, but she could be a tough out.

In the early part of the LPGA Championship Sam's twin sister Johanna has the lead. If she holds it together there may be a little Head fix for those of you with Sam withdrawal from earlier in the week.

Johanna is now tied for 57th (with quite a few players still on the course) -- she has

ZERO chance of winning.

Here's the problem Lori has: Lori is an athlete, that's her "claim." She has probably always been fat and homely, however, she had her accomplishments. She was probably a good soccer or field hockey player, too, so she could lean on that. Not having done much of real note with that talent by now, though, she's crotchety, too. Along comes BBK, though, and Lori sees her chance at fame!!!! YAY!

BUT, here comes Christina, this natural athlete and fierce competitor, who's only been playing golf for a few years and is already at the same level Lori is, and is an absolute threat to win this thing, and take Lori's (last) chance. That alone isn't the kicker, because everyone on the show is talented, and Lori can beat people at golf. The kicker is, Christina is everything Lori is, while being absolutely bombshell, smoking, slap-your-baby hot. And THAT is why she hates her.

True story.

Nothing in the swing is done at the expense of balance.

Don't really see anything to argue with there.

I just find it amusing that Lori was best buds with Christina during the early shows, and then all of a sudden turned against her... because of one comment? I think its more because in the early shows you had to rely on your teammate/roommate, and now Lori sees Christina as a threat rather than as a teammate. I think maybe the producers are magnifying this a bit. But we'll see.

Golf World had a quote from Lori in this past issue and indicated that she was an ex-cocaine addict as well.

Yeah mruseless, I thought of that earlier, Lori is now all against Christina and I find her comments a little more than back stabbing.

I'm still interested to see what happens this week with the "rules" thing because, based on what little I can hear, I think Lori's got it wrong.

I saw the previews but I don't recall what the rules thing was. Can anyone jog my memory?

Lori claimed that Christina stepped behind her ball and that it was only allowed on the tee. The only thing I can think of is that she stepped down on the rough right behind her ball to push it down and allow for better contact.

I think Lori is doing what so many other people with low self esteem do. She sees that right now people are turning the hairy eyeball on Christina and she wants to keep it that way. Otherwise they would likely be turning their attention back on her.

Sophie is my favorite remaining contestant. That woman has icewater in her veins. She isn't afraid to play her game and always pulls off the shot when she needs it.

I loved it when she chose Christina as her opponent for the immunity challenge - "She got me once, she won't get me twice." Then proceeded to hit two perfect shots to beat her.

She may not have as much game as some of the others, but she has total confidence in what she has and always plays it her way.

Anybody else notice that the next new episode is June 17th? Are they skipping this week because of the U.S. Open? Surely they could run "Tiger's Dramatic win at Pebble Beach" one less time.

The guide on my DirecTV receiver says they are showing "Live from the U.S. Open" during the normal BBK slot. So you'll be able to watch Brandel Chamblee talk about how great everyone is, Marty Hackel talk about how all the players are dressed, Dave Pelz drone on and on about the rough and the greens, and Rich Lerner and Tim Rosaforte talk about absolutely nothing at all.

I think I'd rather watch "Tiger's Dramatic Win at Pebble Beach" one more time.

Big Break is the only thing I look forward to on TV these days so I am going to suffer this week I guess.

rudygu, I have to disagree with you on Sophie in terms of rooting for her. She gives me nothing to like with her scarves and Fidel Castro style hats. And she could pack groceries in the bags under her eyes. She seems one step above Lori in the "cat" factor too. But you are so right, she seems to be very unflappable. I have a feeling Susan is the next to go though.

BTW, does Christina remind anyone else of Keira Knightly or is it just me?
