My Home Course in the Netherlands

So here in the Netherlands we have the NGF ( netherlands golf federation ) the post on youtube and have the app golf.nl. On youtube they go round the country and play golfcourses and give feedback on them. Last post was my homecourse. Look at it here.

 

Dirver: Mizuno JPX 825 9,5 Fujikura Orochi Red Eye Stiff 65 g.

I kind of skimmed through it but I wish they showed more of the golf course and less of their pants.

Yeah they have a give away of some loadmouth pants, so prob sponsored a little

Interesting. I had a Dutch colleague who played at a club near Amsterdam. He was quite proud of the mandatory red trousers all members wore when playing. Something to do with the nautical nature of the area.

      Day 4, 1/2/26.  Played 18 today;  didn't get a chance to warm up (had I known the range was closed, I'd have hit balls at home first).  Played okay, 92 with three balls in the water.  It was raining for more than half the round and I didn't quite appreciate before today just how much I benefit from roll on both drives and approach shots.  I did not adapt well to this change until about hole 15, which is something I have to figure out.

      Day 143 1-2 Arch wrist in downswing. Having a SLIGHT cup in the lead wrist at the top now. Only paused swings with some rehearsals before swinging at ball.  Used foam ball.

      Day 459 - 2026-01-02 Had two guys on GEARS Hybrid, so I hopped on afterward (I'm going to do this a lot more often now). So… I've signed myself up for another month of backswing work in two ways: A little more extension of the trail elbow (got into the upper 90s) Less pelvis turn (low 50s).

      Day 31 (2 Jan 26) - Usual Friday men’s group shootout - good day of shot making  as most shots were right on line to the target point.  Putter and green reads were solid with some great par saves and a really tricky birdie.
