Is there anything to changing putters to shock the system with regards to feel and distance control?

You know, after spending a good part of last year working on putting and then just being HORRIBLE with putting distance doesn't help the confidence. So, looking at the equipment side of things like every good golf should do. 😛

Sometimes.

Sometimes the issues are just with the golfer. Sometimes a different weight profile can help. I'd say it's more the former than the latter.

I don't know if there's anything you could very literally quantify. But I have 2 putters. My usual gamer and a back up. Every now and then I feel like I need to put my gamer in "Time-Out" for a while. I may or may not putt better with the back up, but I always feel like a get a little boost when I go back to my gamer. ... Not sure that makes any sense, but in my smallish brain it seems to work.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.
