Hi. My name is Erik. I started playing golf 20 years ago but only occasionally. We moved onto a course so I’m attempting to get serious about my play. I’m taking lessons and got fitted for the first time this year. I’m fortunate to work remotely and have some flexibility in my schedule so looking at getting a lot of rounds and practice in moving forward. I’m looking forward to learning from everyone and contributing where I can.

Yep. Moved from Nebraska 15 years ago. I love living in Florida but Nebraska is in my heart. Thanks for welcome.

      I don't care what others think, I like SS. I like everything about him. Very much appreciated his interview after the mudball incidence. His intensity is a certainly understated but its there and is  underrated. This has been a great year so far with both Rory and Scottie taking one (major) a piece.

      saevel | Week 1 saevel's workout *Last rep in the last set of squats was holding the squat position as long as I could before I just collapse.  **Pull Ups, and Leg Curls were Myo rep matching, where you have to match the number of reps you do in the 1st set by taking 5 second breaks after a rep to failure, and continuing on, over and over until you get the total number of reps you do in the 1st set. It's a different way than doing drop sets. It allows for higher volume. It is pretty brutal.  1 hour 13 minutes, full body workout.

      I played a round at the course I am trying to get par on every hole, on Thursday. On a par 5 I have yet to par, dog leg left with a cart path and tree's on the left at the bend and a sand trap right in the middle of the fairway at the bend where you're most likely to hit the ball. I managed to get great contact with the ball off the tee, knocked it well over the tree's/cart path and into the fairway leaving me with around 200 yards to the green on my second shot. 3w shot landed the second shot just outside the green about 80 yards to the pin. 3rd shot landed the ball about 10 feet from the pin on the green. Now putting for birdie, I miss the edge of the hole by about half an inch and the ball rolls past 2 feet. Now putting for par, I putt nice and soft and the ball lips out hahaha. Bogey
