After a lot of work this year I improved my swing technique in order to swing faster but with the same effort.
With Driver on the course I went from 104club/153ball/245carry to 111/163/260
and with 7 iron I went from 86/114/155 to 91/123/170.

I'm currently playing Driver with an x-shaft, and s-shaft with the rest.
Driver is 60 grams, woods and hybrids are 70grams, irons(4 to P) are 115grams and wedges 130grams.
My current tendency with woods/hybrid/irons is to over-draw the ball, I almost never miss right.
Another issue I'm having is that I'm hitting the ball low with 6..7 iron and really low with 4 and 5.
That made my 4..5..6 irons to overlap a little, there's only 5..6 yards difference from one to the other,
that's why I took out of the bag the 5 iron and added an extra hybrid (23°) to fill a 25 yards gap between my 4 iron and the 18° hybrid.
Both hybrids have the height I like to go for a green, even the 23° it's on the higher limit so buying a 28° hybrid to replace the 4 iron is not an option, it will balloon to much.

I love to hit down on the ball with my 8 iron or shorter or my woods/hybrids knowing that the balls is still going to fly high.
I would love to be able to do the same with 7 to 4 iron but currently I'm forced to have a flatter AoA, even positive if the lie allows for it.

Should I change wood/hybrid/irons shafts to x-stiff? I know that a stiffer shaft should made my missed left a little less bad. Do I have enough speed for this stiffness?
Should I change the shaft of the 4to7 iron to a more lighter one in order to get a little more height/spin? I read about the AMT shafts concept and I would have no problem changing the 6/7 iron for a 95/100 gram shaft, and use a 80gram shaft for the 4 and 5.
Should I consider graphite shafts?
Would changing the shaft kick help?

There are a lot of questions here.
Instead of unpacking them all. I'm going to suggest you spend some time playing with your new swing speed.

Unless you feel your current sticks are too ill-fitted, which they don't seem to be, I'd keep what you have and get used to the new speed.
Then I'd suggest you track your stats and either get with a swing coach or at least build up a film library before making any equipment changes.

That is unless you just want new sticks; In which case go for it. I love shiny things.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

    • Thank you.  I'll cross it off the list since it isn't going to achieve what I want.
    • While it does turn out that both Tiger and Phil are less squeaky clean than I previously believed, I don't think golf quite has the worst in professional sports.  Or maybe they're better at image management.   Obviously I'm not fond of Phil's issue we're discussing in this thread (or his involvement with LIV) or Tiger's choices of how to drive.  I used to really like Dustin Johnson and, even before the LIV situation, we started to hear rumors that he bought more snow than Seward, although I don't think those stories were ever substantiated.  Meanwhile, I did think of Anthony Kim as the "good, bad boy" of the tour for a while fifteen years ago because of his party persona -- and if it turns out the worst he did was show up hung over to play (barring what one thinks of LIV), that's pretty good.  And I'm still happy he found a way to get his life clean. If we contrast that with some other sports I enjoy, I'm sure we could find a nice long list of NFL players that, at one point in my life, I was quite fond of, we get far worse disappointments (to put it mildly).
    • Answering that properly would land me in hot water, so I'm not going to. I don't think that many people would do that. I think that in certain circumstances many people would be willing to overlook someone doing that. But I was really referring to what I assumed was Tiger's transgressions (cheating on his wife) not Phil's.
    • No! Is a large part of the human population selfish, apathetic and cuts corners in the name of self-preservation 'more than they would like to admit', yes. Degenerate, scum, etc?.. no!! Most humans/men would not grope a woman like Phil is accused of doing (I think he absolutely did). That is scum. I mean what % of men do you think would do that? Seriously??
