A report from the financial publication Hunterbrook alleges Phil Mickelson received inside information on an offshore oil investment.

You would think he would have learned his lesson by now...

I don't know that Phil is as smart as he thinks he is.

Yea, definitely gray area where you need to be super careful.

I think this could be argued if Phil gains more viewership on social media from this. Which would benefit his brand. I think doing this stuff today is way more dangerous than it use to be.

You may be right that he is doing this for his social media followers.  But still, I thought he would have learned his lesson from the last SEC fiasco.
