She sure is playing well and is very easy on the eyes... However, what is with that hat she is wearing? She has to lose that hat!

She played well in the first round but I am going to say that I don't think she's that hot. Saw her interviewed on TGC last night and she seemed very plain to me. A lot of stars look great in magazine lay outs but I think the true beauties look great everyday i.e. Paula Creamer, Cristie Kerr.

Actually, that is sort of my point... From what I saw, Anna was wearing very plain clothes, zero to very very little make-up, and perhaps the ugliest hat I've ever seen.

Creamer and Kerr, wear lots of make-up and more colorful clothes(or more pleasing colors). and nice accessories

No, she's definitely hot.

But perhaps she wanted people to pay more attention to her golf game, for better or worse, for a change.

No, she's definitely hot.

Gotta respect that.

...It's called "fashion"... She is a part time model, and you can be sure whatever she's wearing is not something picked up at goodwill.

Frankly I like it, but then, I've been known to appreciate fashion when I see it.

Your kidding right?

I could wear my distressed denim jeans and my sleeveless Harley Davidson shirt with my golf sandals(no socks) to the local Country Club Memeber/Guest and deem it to be called, "fashion". ...but it would be inappropriate and ugly none the less.

I agree. She's a good looking girl, but she needs to get some curves on her. What is she, like 50 pounds?

Ever time I think of a post it appears!!!

I showed my wife the hat and she liked it... It looked huge on her and completely hid her face. High fashion indeed, looked like a British Pith Helmet!

IMHO > i think she is worlds ahead of Creamer and Gulbis in terms of looks and fashion sense/style (unfortunately, not as good a golfer, thats for sure).

LOL! too funny... It looked like a Pith helmet indeed. My wife too, didn't think it was that bad of a hat... actually, seen my neighbor wear something close to that this summer in the garden. She is in her 80's.

    • Day 132: did some mirror work while watching TV. Worked on backswing stuff primarily.
    • 26 Nov 24 -  It was not a record breaking round by any means, but rather a simple walking of the back nine today playing TBWB (two ball-worse ball) where the challenge is to play the worse of the two shots played - could be an errant drive from the woods, a tree knocked ball that is 100 yds farther back down the fairway, a nGIR ball as opposed to a GIR….the goal today was to stay no worse than bogie thru nine.  Managed to achieve that goal - bogied 7 holes with one dbl and one par to counter the dbl.  It’s about staying focused and not letting a bad shot or lie derail, but rather be an opportunity.
    • Day 208 (26 Nov 24)- Opted to walk 9 today (was the back nine as they had a huge group going off the front) but instead of it being persimmons and blades, I had the regular gamers but made it a TBWB (two ball-worst ball) round.  This really challenges on several fronts - ball striking to be as consistent as possible, course management from non-optimal lies and keeping your head in it as it can be depressing to nail a shot on line-on target and the second rattles the trees right and it’s over 50 yards back and that’s the one you have to play.  The goal was to be no worse than bogie overall (+9).  Finished the round exactly on the number with some solid recoveries, no penalty strokes and only one 3-putt.
