Muirfields are the pinnacle of iron design. It's not hard to see why Scratch pays homage to them with their blades - one more reason to love Scratch.

Did you ever see the "Player of the Century" Muirfields that MacGregor put out in ~ 1989 or '90? I saw a set of those on ebay once - they went over my budget by day 2.

I like the looks of the Wilson Staff Di9's, in fact most of the Wilson Staff irons look good. I have a buddy who bought the Yonex VMX and they look great. I use to play with a guy who had some Srixon 302's, good looking club.

Nothing looks better than a brand new set of mp-60s or mp-57s with the chrome all around the cut muscle. However, that chrome quickly fades and mellows, leaving them bland haha.

I've found that the titleist chrome irons tend to stay shiny a lot longer so maybe they take the cake?

For game improvement irons I love the look of my 09 Burners, but for blades.....love those Scratch Irons......nice sticks rebby.

for me nothing beats taylormade blades. im sorry they may not be as forgiving as mizuno irons but looks wise and distance control they are just unreal. i love the cut out in the back of the irons just adds to the looks. and standing over the ball nothing beats taylormade blades. http://www.austads.com/austads/asset...s/10036511.jpg
