I've marshaled at quite a few courses around the country. Texas National in Willis, Texas......Tall Chief in Snoqualmie Falls or Falls City in Washington, .........Star Valley Ranch in Thayne, Wy and I now run the Pro Shop here in Palestine, Tx and assist the Pro here. Anyone else had this expierence?

i am a pro shop assistant at my local muni...and our marshalls dont do much of anything, which i guess is good, cuz they are there just in case something happens i suppose. but then again i just sit in the air conditioning and watch tv.

Golf Shop Assistant here too. Work at a private course, so it's really only terribly busy on weekend mornings. We make runs then just so the members out there see us. The members get the idea and know when they are behind.

Callaway RazrFit Extreme 9.5 w/Project X 6.5
Callaway XHot Pro 15* 3Wood w/Project X 6.5
Callaway XTour 18* 2h w/S300
Callaway XHot Pro 4/5 irons w/S300
Callaway XForged III 5-PW irons w/S300
Callaway Forged 52*/58* Wedges
Odyssey 7 Versa 90
Callaway Hex Black Tour

I was a Ranger up at Tall Chief for about 4 months one summer and I found over 600 golf balls just driving around the edge of the course. Yuppies don't go looking for the balls, they just let it go when it gets into the rough. Unreal!

I work at an extremely busy Muni. We average over 100,000 rounds a year and were are down from years past. We do have 27 holes but you guys who work at private clubs could you imagine 100,000 rounds played?! Two Sundays ago I was the starter and we did 524 rounds in one day. The record is over 600. Now that is busy. We have good marshalls for the most part. As you can imagine they deal with a lot of crap:)
