I'm sure everyone has seen at least one tiger headcover in a bag over the years. I've always though it was kinda corny, but this past weekend I saw someone with a John Daly headcover and thought that it was pretty neat.

What does everyone else think? I like John Daly a lot, he has been through some rough times but I am sure there are other pros out there that everyone feels like this about.

Do you...or would you ever put a "Tiger" or "John Daly-Lion" headcover in your bag?

Yeah I hate the Tiger head covers, it's kinda lame...

I have a Chocolate Lab cover for my driver. It's like the Tiger but a different animal.

I would never carry any headcover of any pro. It's just gay. Be yourself.

For the Daly haters, you will never accomplish what Daly has. If you're pissed because he squandered his talent, that's his business. Create your own. Don't get pissed when you can no longer live vicariously through someone much more talented but less enlightened than yourself.

Let the flaming begin. I speak my mind and don't care, so I'm an easy target.

would never carry a tiger headcover.. But i would consider putting some other animal headcover on my driver to give my bag a little life. but since i have a driver and 3 wood by the same company the standard issue headcovers look good together. A lot of headcovers ive wanted to buy were too small for my driver.

I wouldn't carry a Tiger headcover, not because it's Tiger Woods's, but just because it doesn't have a meaning to me. I don't think I'd refrain from using one just because of Woods, though. I wouldn't buy myself a decorative headcover, though. If I received one as a gift from a loved one, I'd use it no matter what it was. Well... almost no matter what.

I just use the regular head covers but I know a few people with animal ones - a guy in my regular group has a bulldog smoking a cigar on his driver. I Wouldn't ever use a tiger head cover but I'd be fine with using the kiwi one Woods has on his 3 wood, though that wouldn't be a Tiger Woods thing of course.

I have a Yoda head cover. I wanted it because I need training in using the "Golf-Force". I recently saw a Darth Vader head cover and have been thinking that the dark side might be a quicker, easier path to lower scores.

haha.... John Daly is a disaster. The only difference between John Daly and your local drunk is that he happens to be able to hit a golf ball. I love when I see people sticking up for him in here........comical

My only creative headcover is the headcover for my 4hybrid. It's a golden retriever and looks almost exactly like my dog. So I seem to think it brings me good luck on the course. All my other headcovers came with the clubs at the time.

No... nor any of the other goofy head covers. I guess I just picked up the game too long ago. I use head covers as a functional protection for the clubs which need it (woods and hybrid to protect the graphite shaft, and putter). No way I'm ever going to have a head cover that looks like a stuffed animal in my bag. I outgrew teddy bears and security blankets about 60 years ago.
