Padraig is a disaster. Talk about getting tight at bad times.

Tiger was just a couple of tough breaks from being at -15....and if that happened, you get the feeling all of these guys would be choking.

Who was the guy in the booth? I thought the announcer called him Seth, but I also thought he was CEO of Deutsche Bank... whose CEO is not named Seth. He had a great line: "I was playing in the pro-am with Freddie Couples, who, as we all know, is the pied piper..."

Yeah, it's not like he was caught from behind recently in a high profile tournament or anything.

Thanks. I had been looking it up for the company as a whole.

I missed YE Yang's name as one of those in contention this week.

Sure, but once someone does it, the cat's out of the bag. Everyone now knows that Tiger can be defeated.

I just came back from TPC Boston. My first time at a tournament. I spent a lot of time at practice range. Of course it was amazing how consistently all of them hit long and straight- Tiger, Surgio, Anthony, Vijay, Kenny, Steve ... But the jaw dropping moment for me and the people there at the practice range was when Paddy started hitting his driver with just one hand. He did it with left hand first and then right hand. Left hand ones consistently went about 200+yard. Right hand(he was holding his upper arm with left hand while doing it for some reason) went about 250 or so.

Anybody knows or seen other pros doing this?

"During our weekly Lamaze class, the instructor emphasized the importance of exercise, hinting strongly that husbands need to get out and start walking with their wives. From the back of the room one expectant father inquired, "Would it be okay if she carries a bag of golf clubs while she walks?"

He should probably figure out how to hit it two-handed first.

Congrats, Stricker. Stricker has a serious chance to win the player of the year award now, and he should win it if he wins the FedEx Cup. Tiger and Yeng probably are the only 2 players who could challenge Stricker for the Player of the year award. One more win would give Tiger his 5th victory of the season, while one more win would give Yeng his 3rd victory of the season, including a major.

Tiger already has 5 wins this year - 15 events, 5 wins, 2 runner-ups and 12 Top 10s.

Yang 2 wins - 21 events, 2 wins, 4 Top 10s.

Striker 3 wins - 20 events, 3 wins, 2 runner-ups and 10 Top 10s.

This is a 2 horse race, in my opinion.

Awesome golf by Steve Stricker and some clutch birdies on 17 and 18 to wrap it up.

He's one of my favorite golfers and he put some excitement into this thing, knocking Tiger out of first place. So, next week we get Thursday and Friday coverage with Stricker and Woods paired up. That's going to be great!

Stricker played great. I thought there was going to be a playoff until Stricker pulled off some very cluth birdies.
Congrats to Steve Stricker.
