I haven't used an alarm clock in years because I can somehow tell myself when to wake up and I wake up within 10 minutes of the time I want.

This week, I decided to put it to the test and tell myself to wake up at like 3:00 or 4:00am and see I could still wake up when I wanted. Sunday I told myself to wake up at 2:30am, sure enough, I woke up 2:35. Monday I told myself to wake up at 5:00am and woke up at about 4:50. And last night, I told myself to wake up at 3:45am and I woke up a minute before.

It's so strange. I don't know how it's possible. All I have to do is tell myself when to wake up and I wake up at that time. I don't get it. Can anyone else do this or something similar to it?

I use an alarm clock but I always wake up before it goes off and turn it off. I'm a morning person though and I make it a point to get enough sleep. I also work out. Working out (or being physically active) is probably the best thing you can do to insure your sleep is sound and regular.

Cool man. I have a similar power and wondered if there was anyone else like me in the world. I was too shy to share this power, but now that I have found you I can tell you I can do the same with a slight different scenario...

I stand in front of the stall and say... pee !!! ... and man, pee comes out, right when I say it... no need for anyone to tell me or anything like it... it´s just amazing.

Should we call a TV show, or something??

PS: It´s all in good fun, don´t get mad...

Please don´t swing while I´m talking !!

my super power is...
when i play with hacks... they usually have the best round ever...
its happened quite often... i even played with a friend who i never saw break 90... shot a 78...
an old guy i got paired up with... shot 5 pars in a row and claimed to be a bogey golfer...
a senior lady almost aced a short par3 and got a tap in birdie for the first time...
the only trick is... we have to play as a pair... no 3somes or 4somes... superpowers fail if its more than 1 person at a time... lol
guess im good luck

flopdarock I'm playing with you next round!

I'm kinda the same but it's only works with one of my friends.
Whenever I play with him he always plays excellent.
In the past 3 rounds he nearly got a ace twice (he managed to hit the pin on one of them) and shot 77, 81 and 83.
He plays of 17 supposedly.

I set an alarm just as a backup, but I too wake up when I need to. It's weird. I guess our bodies just know.

Seriously, if you Google this, you will find that it isn't an oddity. There have been studies and several methods you can use to train yourself. I'm the same way, but always set my al;arm just in case. This is probably because I go to bed most every night at 10 and am up at 530.

i do something kind of similar, ive been waking up at 615 for a while so now my body jsut wakes up at that time, like within 5-10 minutes like you.. sometimes ill even wake up and open my eyes and look at the alarm clock and at that exact time the alarm will go off, its kind of weird... sometimes if something major is going on the next day and i have to wake up the next day at a certain time, my body does it then too.

I often wake up just before my alarm is about to go off and I hate it. I always feel cheated out of that extra 5 minutes sleep. Never tried just wanting to wake up at a certain time though. Might give it a go one day when I don't actually have to get up to be anywhere.

Our dogs are our alrm clocks. They wake us up just before 7 every morning to be fed!

Daylight Saving Time really messed them (and therefore, us) up for a while.

i wake up super early too and i'm 16. i love mornings though. alarm clocks are no use to me cause i do something similar to what you do within 5 minutes. i also manage to help people when they play with me, like people who never break 100/90 do when they play with me. i wonder what else our mind is capable of cause this whole morning thing is too small, lets think on a grander scale....

I don't need an alarm clock anymore. I wake up bang on time - or rather as soon as my prostate wants me to wake up.
